Fertilizer N-K-P

Home Fertilizer N-K-P

N-K-P fertilizer produced by high voltage electrohydraulic discharge is a kind of complex fertilizer containing nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium.

Technology of obtaining

N-K-P fertilizers are obtained using the electrohydraulic method developed by the Soviet scientist Lev Yutkin. This method is based on the principle of electrohydraulic discharge. Electrohydraulic discharge is a short-term high-voltage pulse that occurs in a liquid when an electric current is passed through it. This discharge leads to the formation of a shock wave in the liquid, which heats and ionizes it.

L. Yutkin

In L. Yutkin‘s technology for obtaining N-K-P fertilizers, an electrohydraulic discharge is used, which is passed through a solution of mineral salts containing nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium. As a result of the discharge, the salts decompose into simple substances, which then combine into new compounds, forming N-K-P fertilizers.

Composition and properties

The composition and properties of N-K-P fertilizers depend on the composition of the initial salts and the conditions of high voltage electrohydraulic discharge.

As starting materials for obtaining N-K-P fertilizers according to L. Yutkin, various mineral salts of natural origin can be used, including:

  • Ammonium nitrate
  • Potassium nitrate
  • Ammonium, potassium, magnesium sulfates
  • Ammonium, potassium, magnesium chlorides
  • Ammonium, potassium, magnesium phosphates

Depending on the composition of the starting materials and the conditions of the high-voltage electrohydraulic discharge, various types of N-K-P fertilizers can be obtained.

Ammonium nitrate

In fact, the process of obtaining these types of fertilizers is divided into 2 types:

1. Crushing natural salts that are in the soil, on the banks of rivers or ore

In this case, our installation crushes natural salts with plain water into microscopic compounds, which after sifting become complex with any content of elements. But most importantly, this type of treatment is 100% natural and environmentally friendly, since the released minerals of natural origin, after treatment with a high-voltage electrohydraulic discharge, acquire properties at the molecular level by mixing with other elements, which leads to amazing absorption by all plants of the root system!!!

Such fertilizer can be added to other fertilizers or even to animal feed, since many animals also need to absorb micro and macro elements of natural origin!

2. Processing peat with high-voltage electrohydraulic discharge also allows to release minerals from its composition, but here a more comprehensive approach, where almost the entire periodic table can be present.

In this case, this type of fertilizer is more comprehensive, but most importantly, it is perfectly absorbed by the root system of all types of plants.

The point is that with the current processing of peat, all elements are washed out of peat with water and an extract is made. But as was said above, in the composition of peat soil, 95% of minerals are in the state of large compounds, which does not allow plants to absorb at the molecular level. This is where our method and our installation come to the rescue! Due to high voltage and electrohydraulic discharge, the molecules are released and become an ideal humic fertilizer for plants.

Well, where would we be without economics! In this case, I load 1000 kg of peat into the installation, we get 10 times, i.e. 10,000 kg of excellent humic fertilizer, the composition of which is several times higher than the standard accepted and used today! I think it is clear, the profit is 10 times more with practically zero costs!

The most common are:

  • Ammophos is a complex fertilizer containing nitrogen and phosphorus in the ratio of 1:1.
  • Nitroammophos contains nitrogen and phosphorus in the ratio of 2:1.
  • Nitroammophoska contains nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in the ratio of 2:1:1.
  • Ammophof contains nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in the ratio of 1:1:2.
  • Nitrophosphate contains nitrogen and phosphorus in the ratio of 3:1.

Advantages

N-K-P fertilizers obtained by the electrohydraulic method have a number of advantages over other types of fertilizers:

  • High concentration of nutrients. During the electric discharge process, the initial salts are almost completely decomposed, which allows obtaining fertilizers with a high concentration of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium.
  • Good selectivity. The technology allows obtaining N-K-P fertilizers with specified composition and properties.
  • Environmentally friendly. Electrolysis does not generate harmful waste.

Application

N-K-P fertilizers obtained by the electrohydraulic method are widely used in agriculture for feeding various agricultural crops. They help to increase crop yields, improve product quality and plant resistance to adverse environmental conditions.

Examples of use

N-K-P fertilizers obtained by the electrohydraulic method can be used to feed the following agricultural crops:

  • Grain crops (wheat, rye, barley, corn)
  • Tuber crops (potatoes, sugar beets)
  • Vegetable crops (cabbage, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots)
  • Fruit crops (apple, pear, cherry, plum)

N-K-P fertilizer application rates depend on the type of crop, its age and soil condition.

Conclusion

N-K-P fertilizers obtained by the electrohydraulic method are an effective means of increasing the yield of agricultural crops. They have a number of advantages over other types of fertilizers, which makes them a promising direction in agriculture.
