Our company manufactures a plant for the production of complex, nitrogen fertilizers using the electrohydraulic discharge method, the raw materials for which include only soil or peat, water and electricity.

With our plant, you can produce natural high-quality complex fertilizers in quantities of up to 2000 liters per hour or more.

The new type of plant is designed for continuous operation for up to 30 minutes, after which a pause of up to 5 minutes is required for cooling the plant and all units, it is possible to increase the operating time during operation and additional settings up to 60 minutes of operation and 5 minutes for cooling.

What are the advantages of our plant:

The plant operates from a simple home network 220-230 v 50 Hz and can also use a 3-phase network 380 V.
Plant consumption up to 10 kW, including additional equipment
High maneuverability and ease of use. It is enough to plug it into a 220 v outlet and connect a hose with liquid to the inlet and outlet of the plant.
A high-performance homogenizer pump is installed, allowing pumping peat compost from the reactor to the storage tank, up to 2000 l/hour.
The unit has a reactor and all processes take place in a closed protected casing, which ensures safety in operation.

Upon completion of work, simply disconnect from the network. All residual discharges will be automatically discharged, which will allow you to safely open the side doors and, if necessary, manipulate the units of the unit.

Our installation is unique and fully automatic.

You only need to connect to our pipe/tap with a diameter of 50 mm, your capacity of at least 1000 liters, in which the mixing of peat and water will take place.

Our unique system of preliminary preparation of the mixture, in the process of work will additionally process the solution by grinding and enriching it with oxygen and ozone, which significantly contributes to the entire process of processing the solution.
