Seed treatment with humic acids
Higher yields thanks to environmentally friendly active ingredients
Seed treatment with humic acids is proving to be a promising solution to many problems in sustainable agriculture. Humic acids are natural biostimulants that support plant growth and increase the efficiency of nutrients without leaving harmful residues in the soil. In contrast, humic substances develop their positive effects over many months and years, supporting the accumulation of humus, microorganisms and soil structure.
Here is what the application brings:
1) Increased yield: Research has shown that the use of humic acids in seed treatment yields significant results. In wheat cultivation, we were able to achieve an increase of about 30% in fresh weight and 25% in dry weight of plants by using HUMICRAFT®.
2) Sustainability: Humic acids are natural substances that have a variety of positive effects on the soil environment and the crops growing on it. They can be combined with other fertilizers without any problems.
3) Improved plant health: Seed treatment with humic acids promotes root growth and nutrient uptake by plants, making them more resistant to environmental factors such as drought and diseases. This helps to reduce the use of crop protection products.
Humicraft® can be added to commercial seed treatment systems or to the company’s own mixtures on the farm. Experience shows that the optimum effect is already achieved at 4-5 l/t. Since the building blocks of humic substances have a hormone-like effect, permeability is increased and seedling growth is stimulated.
This is also important:
a) Seed quality: Be sure to select high-quality seeds that meet the specific requirements of your farmland.
b) Dosage: Follow the recommended dosing instructions for humic acid. Excessive application can be counterproductive.
c) Treatment Procedures: Use appropriate treatment procedures to ensure uniform and effective seed treatment with humic acids.
d) Soil Testing: Perform soil tests regularly to check the nutrient content and pH of the soil and adjust fertilization accordingly.
e) Monitoring and Adjusting: Closely monitor plant growth and development and adjust irrigation, fertilization and other measures as needed to achieve optimal results.
f) Sharing Experiences: Network with other growers who have experience with humic acid seed treatments to learn from their experiences and share best practices.
